1. How does your factory dye the human hair?
To protect your hair as much as possible, we avoid using high-temperature, rapid acid-based coloring (which damages the hair cuticles). Instead, we use a low-temperature, slow-dyeing process that takes several days to complete. This ensures deep color penetration while preserving your hair’s natural elasticity and shine.
2. Does the dyeing process damage the hair cuticles?
To protect the cuticle, we use high-end, eco-friendly dyes and perform deep conditioning treatments after coloring. Our technicians spent five years researching to develop a unique formula that maximizes cuticle retention. For Remy hair, our cuticle retention rate is approximately 70–80%, while for virgin hair, it can reach up to 100%.
3. Why do some cheap hair extensions fade significantly after just a few washes? Do yours do that?
Cheap hair extensions typically use low-quality textile dyes or surface coatings for quick coloring. Indreams Hair Factory undergoes a rigorous color-sealing process and multiple wash tests, ensuring that “color bleeding” rarely occurs under normal washing and care routines, resulting in exceptionally long-lasting color.
4. If my clients want to dye or highlight their hair on their own, what kind of products should I stock?
We recommend choosing the “Natural Color” option, which refers to hair that has not been dyed and retains its natural color. This hair has not been treated with any factory dyes, so salon stylists can easily bleach it to #613
5. How does your factory ensure there are no color differences between orders from different batches?
Indreams Hair Factory has a dedicated quality control department that conducts color inspections on every batch of hair to ensure that color deviations do not exceed 3%. In addition, our warehouse retains samples from every bulk order.
